Join us in developing and maintaining our Supporthub solution to automate workflow processes and send communication to our clients. This solution consists of multiple PowerApps, robots (micro services), and high code apps. We are a young and ambitious team with all the advantages of a big and professional department, but the freedom to fill in your own role.

You & Your Job

You enjoy creating new solutions together with business stakeholders.

You like developing high-volume enterprise-wide applications and learning new technologies.

You do not hesitate to challenge the business when needed and provide them with solutions they haven’t thought of.

In this role, you would be working in our dynamic team of 8 developers. You will develop and maintain enterprise-wide reusable apps, services, and robots. You will work in pairs on large projects and switch between solutions often. This enables you to grow in your role and learn new technologies. Together, we develop in short iterations, resulting in high-quality solutions. As a team, we currently save around 10,000 business hours monthly (50,000 completed processes), and with new business cases next year, this will likely exceed 40,000 per month.

Practical Examples

You continuously add new functionalities to our Supporthub workflow solution via robots, PowerApps, and TypeScript apps.

You add new technologies (e.g., Azure functions) to the solution to support the business better.
You support the business in adding their processes and communication templates themselves.
You help the team with bug fixes and other maintenance.

Collaboration is an important topic within our team. The Robotics CoE was founded 7 years ago, and we have grown rapidly over the years and are still expanding.

At this point, we are looking for candidates with experience in RPA. However, we have our own Robotics Academy to teach you all that is needed to start building as a Developer within our organization. We believe in the power of differences. The mission of the 70 people in the Robotics Center of Excellence is to create automation solutions to relieve other parts of the organization’s repetitive work. We work together in Agile teams to maximize the impact we can make.

You & Your Talent

Customer focus, collaboration, analysis, and enthusiasm for others are indispensable for this position as a Robotics Developer. In addition, it is important that you recognize everything from the checklist below:

• Experience with PowerApps / Logic apps / app development is a must.
  Knowledge of TypeScript / Java / JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with SQL queries is a must.
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in app development.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• HBO or University working and thinking level.
• Experience with new technologies; it is an advantage if you master a programming language.
• Flexibility in attitude and behavior, able to step up in the face of adversity.
• You like change, problem-solving, and can work well in a dynamic environment.
• Collaboration and communication skills are very important.
• Business analysis and process analysis skills are a plus.
• Taking personal responsibility and initiative is important.
• Strong will to learn in a rapidly evolving technical environment.
